On Saturday, May 9, 2015, between 2:00AM-4:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT), Merchant e-Solutions will be performing Network maintenance in our Redwood City, CA data center that will improve network management capabilities and enhance application performance.
Our goal is to minimize any impact to your business or your customers’ experience, and we hope that informing you of this planned maintenance now will allow you to prepare accordingly. However, a brief interruption in Networking Services may occur during the maintenance window, which could impact gateway and virtual terminal payment processing, reporting, and certification system availability.
